Flip-Flop is dedicated to providing holistic support that addresses the mental health, sexual health, and social needs of individuals with special needs and their families. Our project is designed to create a nurturing environment where participants can build resilience, gain valuable knowledge, and foster meaningful relationships. At GnG Care Services, we understand that achieving holistic well-being involves more than just addressing physical needs. That's why alongside our comprehensive care offerings, we provide professional Counselling Services tailored to meet the emotional and mental health needs of our participants.

Why Flip-Flop?

Navigating mental health challenges, sexual health education, and online safety can be particularly difficult for individuals with special needs. Flip-Flop aims to break down barriers by offering a multifaceted approach that integrates personalized support, educational workshops, and peer relationship building. Our goal is to enhance social inclusion, boost mental well-being, and empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives.

What We Offer

Flip-Flop provides a range of services designed to support and empower individuals with special needs:

One-on-One Counseling: Weekly personalized counseling sessions address mental health issues and provide tailored support to meet individual needs.
Educational Workshops: Engage in online and in-person workshops covering body changes, consent, healthy relationships, and internet safety. Our educational approach is designed to be both informative and engaging.
Webinars on Internet Safety: Learn about online safety, including password security, phishing scams, and social media privacy, through interactive webinars.
Social Events and Group Activities: Participate in social events and group activities designed to build social skills, foster peer relationships, and create a sense of community.
Resource Development: Access a variety of educational materials and online resources developed to support learning and provide ongoing assistance.

Flip-Flop TALK

Flip-Flop TALK is a free support service where anyone can quickly access an experienced mental health professional for a judgement-free, confidential chat. You can call us, chat online, or even have a video catch-up.

You may want to access Flip-Flop TALK if:

You don’t have many people or anyone you can talk to; you feel disconnected and isolated
You simply want a neutral and confidential ‘sounding board’ to discuss some of your concerns, such as loss of job, business or other.
You feel that you are increasingly stressed, and at risk of mental illness or relapsing
You want some assistance navigating local support services

You don’t need to have a mental illness, either now or in the past, to access Flip-Flop Talk. This is a service for everyone - get in touch today.

We're here 7 days a week - weekdays 9 AM till 8 PM, and weekends 12 till 8 PM.
